The single-family rental market continues to see tremendous growth. Investor demand drove rents and asset valuations to historic highs in the second quarter of 2021, with occupancy rates rising to 95.3%, the highest level since 1994.

Positive rent growth combined with increased institutional interest in the market are good signs for single-family rentals in 2021 and beyond.
