Arbor Realty Trust and Chandan Economics’ annual report on the top markets for large multifamily investment reveals how the major metros are performing across eight key categories, including labor market performance, renter demographics and two pandemic-related additions for the 2021 report.

The rankings are featured in the Arbor-Chandan Large Multifamily Opportunity Matrix, with the goal of providing insight into which markets are well-positioned for multifamily investment.

Unsurprisingly, Sun Belt markets topped the list this year, with four metros in Florida jumping significantly in the rankings.
