The most recent production of loans was funded through the following programs:  Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing (DUS®) Loan, Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily Affordable Housing, Fannie Mae DUS Small Loan, Fannie Mae DUS ARM, Fannie Mae DUS Student Housing Loan, Freddie Mac Loan, Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan and Arbor Realty Trust’s Bridge Loan.
